Niagara Works is a new publication that will work to provide unemployed people in Niagara, and those who assist them, with all of the information that they’ll need to plan their path back to employment. Lack of information has often been a barrier for many who are trying to make good choices about their employment future. Niagara Works will help to overcome this barrier by pulling together all of the employment, education, training and entrepreneurship information that is available in Niagara.

This publication will be published twice a year and offer

• easy to use charts listing service providers and what they offer
• upcoming event and program starts
• success stories and
• employment related articles geared to ensure that the reader is well equipped to make good choices about their employment future

Copies of Niagara Works will be delivered throughout Niagara to ensure that everyone, from Grimsby to Fort Erie, Wainfleet to Welland will have access to information. Copies will also be available electronically so be sure to check here if you can’t find a hard copy.

Issues will be distributed in Spring and Fall of 2011.
