Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)

 

Academic and Career Entrance  (ACE)

This program is an adult upgrading certificate program delivered throught the Literacy and Basic Skill (LBS) program.

This program prepares students for admission to post-secondary college programs and apprenticeships. 

Interested students may lack a Grade 12, have a Grade 12 diploma but lack subjects needed for admission,

or have finished high school a few years ago and need a skills refresher.

ACE is a tuition-free program supported by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universitites.

ACE is a continuous intake self-paced program.

 

General Education Development (GED)

GED testing is for adults who left high school without a diploma.

People who take and pass the GED earn an Ontario High School Equivalency Certificate.

The GED was established in 1942 and is recongized throughtout Canada and the Unisted States.
